How can I invite a friend or family member?
Each year you are entitled to three orders of Worcester Bosch products at discounted rates. You can also share your discount with family and friends, allowing them to enjoy the same great rates.*
To share your discount simply invite a person using their email address, we will then send them an unique invite code to access the Store.

How can I view my invites?
Each year you can invite up to 10 people to share your discount with, as we appreciate that not everyone you invite will complete an order.

I have invited a family member or friend but they have not received the code, what do I do?
You have the option to resend a code to the email address provided on your account.
This will then resend the email to the user with their code for them to access the store.
How do I remove an invitation from my account?
You have the option to delete an invitation from your account if you no longer wish for that person to have access.

How can I order heatpumps, air conditioning and solar panels?
Unfortunately, these products cannot be ordered through the website currently but are available for manual orders.

We can provide a price list with the understanding the it is solely for your personal use as per our Terms & Conditions.

Can I change my delivery date?

We are usually able to support changes to delivery lead times.
I’ve ordered the wrong parts what should I do?
Before order has been delivered
After the payment has been processed we are unable to add or change products however, we are able to ensure the incorrect products are not sent and we can help you to order the correct products.

Please email us with your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
Our Returns team will be in contact to arrange collection and provide information refunds
How long will a refund take?
Once you have contacted our Returns Team the total time for the goods to be collected and your refund processed will be no more than 28 days.
Ordering other Bosch products
I want to order White Goods how do I do this?
If you are a Bosch or Siemens employee, you will need to register with your work email address to gain access to the discount offering direct from Bosch Home Appliances.
If you are an invited friend or family member of a Bosch or Siemens employee, you will not be able to gain access and order unless a Bosch or Siemens employee has personally invited you via their Benefits by BSH account.
